Producers Midstream needed immediate connectivity for multiple remote sites, primarily in Texas.

THE CHALLENGE

Producers Midstream encountered a critical challenge: AT&T circuits that had been ordered might not work or ever be deployed. With no time to waste, they needed an immediate solution— a primary connection with a Static IP.

Whatever alternative they chose had to be available right away, with all hardware in stock and capable of being shipped overnight.

Additionally, remote support was non-negotiable, requiring 24/7/365 availability.

The situation demanded an immediate turnaround, so partnering with a vendor that had everything readily available, could overnight the hardware, and provide round-the-clock support was essential

Producers Midstream deployed MetroBOND as its rapid-response solution, leveraging a bonded combination of 5G and Starlink with static IP capabilities.

The setup included a /29 Public Static IP delivered virtually over both Starlink and multi-carrier 5G (supporting AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon for maximum redundancy).

Remarkably, the entire deployment was executed overnight during Thanksgiving week (November 20–29), ensuring minimal disruption.

Seven locations were successfully equipped, with zero downtime experienced during the transition—meeting the urgent need for immediate, reliable connectivity.
